The way in which customers behave and use their electricity is likely to affect the way in which distribution network operators (DNOs) manage and build their networks. With the move towards a smarter network comes the need for ever more innovative ways of interacting with the customer. This presentation discusses the behaviour of customers of low-carbon networks, from the viewpoint of Western Power Distribution.
